Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Vendor Members Group (VMG) is a collection of juried artisans who create their brand (ie: artists, craft makers, musicians, writers, designers, and food preparers, etc).

Membership is juried and limited to homemade brands.

Multi-level marketers or resellers of national brands are ineligible.
Occurring throughout the year, the Markets of CRAFTS GALORE! connect a unique entrepreneurial market with a supportive community.
Participation as a vendor in the Markets of CRAFTS GALORE! is exclusive to Vendor Members Group.
Member assignment (inside or outside) is on a first-paid basis. To prevent market saturation and due to limited event space, not all interested vendors will be approved for membership. Therefore, market visibility of the approved vendors will be positively enhanced.
Interested vendors are responsible for obtaining:

Jurisdictional licenses

Vendor insurance
-
Maryland Sales & Use Tax certificate
For membership consideration, Interested Vendors must follow our official Vendor Application Process as stated below.
Important to note: While our contracted event locations support our vision, they operate independently and are not our answering service. We appreciate their partnership and commitment to excellence, but any inquiries should be directed to VMG for accurate assistance.
Event space (typically) is limited and offered to members on a FIRST-PAID BASIS:

INSIDE: 10'x8' Inside space

OUTSIDE: 10'x10' Asphalt space (10'x10' canopies w/weights are recommended)

Unless stated, electrical use, table(s), chair(s), canopy, and canopy weights will not be provided by Vendor Members Group.
Multi-annual events (5-8 per year) held at multiple locations throughout the year require extensive operating costs:

Monthly advertisements across various media forms

Facility rent
-
Operational supplies
-
Custom signage
-
Promotional incentives
Despite these costs, VMG maintains affordable, reasonable, and market-competitive fees that are determined by member contracted events. Fees paid to VMG are made in advance and are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
