Vendor Application Process

Vendor Members Group uses a juried approval process for interested vendors

Complete and submit the "Interested Vendor" form at the bottom of this page

Upon approval, you will be contacted to discuss your brand, membership details, and our events. Patience with this process is appreciated. We currently do not have the ability to contact all unapproved vendors

After our phone call, you will be sent an Introduction letter and details to request your admission application
-
Submit the Admission Application with membership fee
-
Once your application is confirmed, a Welcome letter is sent with event payment details. Event payment is required to secure your event dates
-
Event assignments and details are distributed the week prior to each event
