
Interested Vendor Request Process

Vendor Members Group (VMG) uses a juried process to approve interested vendors

Complete and submit an Interested Vendor Form. Include product and display photos. Click submit.

We review many requests from interested vendors like yourself. The selection process takes time. We appreciate your patience during our selection process.

Upon approval, VMG will contact the approved vendor to discuss their brand, our membership, and our events.

Due to industry maximums and limited event space, not all vendors will be approved to participate in the group.

After the discussion, the approved vendor will receive an email entitled, "Exclusive introduction to VMG" intended to document and clarify the previous discussion.

The Application for VMG Membership will then be emailed to the approved vendor for completion and for membership payment.

Upon receipt of membership and completed application confirmation by the approved vendor, a Welcome Letter will be emailed with the contracted event payment link and additional details. Event payment date secures

Event assignment and details will be sent prior to each event
