Vendor Members Group remains dedicated to helping artisans and local craftspeople flourish. Nurturing creativity, talent, and supplemental income is essential to every community.
By building a connection between the maker and the consumer, we enhance the richness of imagination, ignite curiosity, and affirm the value of handmade goods through the joy of discovery.
Our Story
Before 2019, brand resellers and multi-level marketing reps dominated local vendor markets. Authentic artists and craft-makers found difficulty in reaching the target consumer.
In 2019, Vendor Members Group (VMG) was established to fill the need for authentic artisan markets. We envisioned a local community of artists, creative talent, and small-batch food vendors free of competition from global brands.
Then, COVID-19 prevented our moving forward. Despite the challenges, our signature marketplace, CRAFTS GALORE! was launched.
Blessed by loyal supporters, we've steadily grown. At the close of 2025, VMG had introduced 200 handmade brands into the local community, 32 direct-to-consumer Baltimore County events, and established an A+ rating from the BBB of Greater Maryland.
Demand for homemade goods keeps us growing and seeking new venues to broaden our consumer reach.
