As an accredited hobby association, Vendor Members Group remains dedicated to helping artisans and local craftspeople flourish. Nurturing creativity and authentic talent is essential to a growing and healthy community. When this relationship between the makers and their supporters is fostered, we enrich imagination, stimulate a need for curiosity, enhance the joy of discovery, and validate the utility of handmade goods
Our Story
In 2019, Vendor Members Group (VMG) was established out of a need for authentic craft shows. Brand resellers and MLM reps dominated space in local marketplaces. Artists struggled with visibility to showcase their work. VMG envisioned a local community featuring creative talent, food preparers, and artisans without competition of global brands.
In 2021, despite the pandemic’s challenges, CRAFTS GALORE!, our signature marketplace was launched. Since then, we've steadily retained followers, revealed nearly 200 artisans brands to the community, and earned BBB of Greater Maryland accreditation
