As an accredited hobby association, Vendor Members Group remains dedicated to helping local artisans and their talent flourish. Nurturing creativity and authentic talent is essential to a growing and healthy community. By fostering this relationship between the makers and their supporters, we enrich imagination, stimulate a need for curiosity, enhance the joy of discovery, and validate the utility of handmade goods.
Our Story
Vendor Members Group was created in 2018 out of a need for authentic craft markets. While resellers and MLM representatives dominated local events, talented artisans struggled to find market space to showcase their work. We envisioned a community where genuine craft-makers and local artisan brands could flourish without competition from global brands.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, our signature marketplace series, CRAFTS GALORE! was launched in 2021. Since then, we've grown steadily among followers, showcasing dozens of local brands, and earning accreditation from the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland.
