Pedestrian islands separate the lanes on Pot Spring Road. Deer, wildlife, joggers, and families regularly stroll the roadways.

Free admission and open to the public between 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

THE FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE: INSIDE VENDORS: OUTSIDE VENDORS:

SATURDAY, the day of the event, between 7:15 AM and 9:00 AM. All vendors must be set up before 9:30 AM. To unload, please follow the Vendor Entrance sign (white sign with a blue arrow pointing into the parking lot).

Look for the Vendor Entrance sign for your parking - the designated "Customer Parking" areas are for customers to park. There is a map attached for your information. Look for the VENDOR ENTRANCE sign & BLUE ARROW on Pot Spring Rd, farthest from the steeple (See attached map). DO NOT ENTER by the steeple (hilltop); Cones will prevent entry. Booths must be setup by 9:15 am. Please be timely. Lateness reflects poorly on the entire group and our event. ELECTRICITY is not available without my permission.

INSIDE VENDORS Enter the building’s side (glass doors, long windows). Form a single car lane alongside the yellow curb to unload. Bring foldable carts to make the process quicker. Unload. Then pre-set up, relocate your vehicle to the top parking lot - beside the steeple. Typically, inside spaces are sized approximately (10' left-right) x (8' front-back) 2 feet between vendors. Chairs are provided. If more space is needed, ask in advance. I will always try to accommodate you. My Mom: Rita will be at my booth if I am unavailable. OUTSIDE VENDORS Park behind your space. This area is prone to sudden wind gusts. A 10x10 canopy is suggested. For preventative measures, heavy weights are required on each canopy leg.

Closing Down occurs at 2:30 pm for safety purposes unless requested otherwise on the day. Please keep your space neat, and return your chairs to the perimeter (no taller than eight chairs high). After the event, I may need help lifting trash into the dumpster or spot checking for cleanliness.

Back by popular demand is our random member drawing occurring between 1:30 pm -2:30 pm. The winning member will be featured on www.vendormembersgroup.com.

Food and coffee will be available for purchase via the following vendors: Fran & Dot's Homemade Baked Goods Sapphire Sweets. A cold water igloo cooler and cups will be available.

Rain or shine event. At the time of this email, Saturday will be 50% chance of rain showers and 80° (subject to change). Please prepare the essentials and dress accordingly. You can still change your location preference. Just let me know.

We are guests renting space. Please mind your surroundings, fellow members, and incoming guests. "No Access" indicates where people should not go. Restrooms: Three (3) in the main hallway. Please be aware of entrances and exits for safety purposes. Exchange info with fellow members. Please notify Darby of any concerns or issues.
