Our scheduled events are open to the public between 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Free admission for guests - allowing them to spend more on specialty goods and food made by our vendors.

THE FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE: INSIDE VENDORS: OUTSIDE VENDORS:

Vendors are expected to arrive on SATURDAY, the day of the event between 7:15 AM and 8:30 AM. All vendors must be set up before 9:00 AM which is in the contract. Otherwise, they may not be invited to setup, much less continue with our group as a vendor moving forward.Please bring carts and display essentials necessary to make the task easier for you and all involved.

The farthest part of the lot from the hall entrance is where vendors should park unless otherwise instructed.

INSIDE VENDORS Bring foldable carts and essentials to make the process easier and quicker for all involved. Typically, inside spaces are sized approximately (10' left-right) x (8' front-back) with 2 feet between vendors. Fold up chairs will be provided. (Please fold them and return them to the cart when finished.) There is a limited amount of differing sized tables available. If more space is needed, ask in advance. As we get busier towards the holidays, space may be a concern. However, I will always try to accommodate you. Aunt Joan will be at my booth if I am unavailable.OUTSIDE VENDORSA 10x10 canopy is recommended. Anything larger is prohibited. For preventative measures, heavy weights are required on each canopy leg.

Closing down occurs at 2:30 pm unless otherwise agreed upon. Please keep your space neat, and return your foldup chairs to the rack before departing the hall.

Back by popular demand is our random member drawing occurring between 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm.The winning member will be featured on the home page of www.vendormembersgroup.com and posted to Facebook.

Food will be available for purchase. A cold water igloo cooler and cups will be available.

Our events are rain or shine. Some of the best sales are made when the weather is less than ideal.Please prepare the essentials and dress accordingly.

We are guests renting space. Please mind your surroundings, fellow members, and incoming guests."No Access" indicates where people should not go. Restroom are in the main hallway.
