About Vendor Members Group
Vendors Members Group was not just an idea in 2018.
Popular "craft" markets rarely had available vendor space. Merchandise resellers and multi-level marketing representatives saturated local event opportunities.
By 2019, the concept of an authentic craft group generated interest among craft-makers. CRAFTS GALORE! was in the planning stages for a market introduction - until COVID halted the economy.
The pandemic vacated the streets, the workforce, and daily routines. Surviving businesses resorted to telework. Extreme unemployment rates and home confinement led to an evolution of creativity and manufactured goods. Learned skills and new techniques were golden.
Meanwhile, Vendors Members Group debuted their signature marketplace series CRAFTS GALORE! Events in 2021. Five monthly craft shows showcased 41 local brands.
In 2022, the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland accredited the Vendors Members Group. This website officially launched, and eight monthly CRAFTS GALORE! Events showcased 48 small business brands.
Seven CRAFTS GALORE! Marketplaces were held in 2023, and we continue to grow.
